Getting Started with Alfrodin

Install the add-in and activate your license in just a few minutes.

Install the Add-In

Individual Users

From Microsoft AppSource

  1. Open Outlook, Word, Excel or PowerPoint
  2. Click InsertGet Add-ins (or My Add-ins)
  3. Search for "Alfrodin"
  4. Click "Add" to install
IT Administrators

Centralized Deployment

  1. Open the Microsoft 365 Admin Center
  2. Go to SettingsIntegrated Apps
  3. Search for "Alfrodin" or upload the manifest
  4. Deploy to the desired users or groups
Outlook plan: Install one add-in (for Outlook). Office plan: The Office plan includes Outlook plus Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Since these are two separate add-ins in the store, please install both — they both appear when you search for "Alfrodin".

Activate Your License

  1. Open any Office app where Alfrodin is installed
  2. Click the Alfrodin button in the ribbon to open the panel
  3. Click "Enter License Key" in the license dialog
  4. Paste your license key and click "Activate"

Connect to Alfresco

  1. Enter your Alfresco server URL (e.g. https://alfresco.yourcompany.com)
  2. Enter your Alfresco username and password
  3. Click "Connect"
Alfrodin supports Alfresco Community & Enterprise versions 6.x, 7.x, and 23.x. Your Alfresco server must be reachable via HTTPS from your network.
